Can you hold a property before I apply?
We rent homes on a first-come, first-served basis once the application and required fees are received. To secure a property, we recommend applying as soon as you’re ready. -
How old do I have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old to legally sign a lease agreement. -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes! As long as you fulfill the lease terms and leave the property in good condition, beyond normal wear and tear, your deposit will be refunded. Deductions may apply for damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent. -

Great! You can apply online through our portal, Rentvine. Be sure to complete the application in full and upload any required documents like proof of income and ID, along with the application fee. -
Can I have a pet?
Please check your lease and contact our office before bringing a pet home. Many of our rentals are pet-friendly with an additional deposit or monthly pet rent, but some may have restrictions. -
What if I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay?
All leaseholders are responsible for the full lease term. If one roommate plans to leave, the remaining tenant may need to re-qualify or find a replacement tenant—subject to management approval. -
Who handles maintenance and repair costs?
Routine maintenance is covered by us. If damage occurs due to tenant negligence or misuse, those costs may be your responsibility. Please report all maintenance issues promptly using your tenant portal.
